Camilla becomes grandmother again, this time to twin boys

The Duchess of Cornwall is thrilled her daughter Laura has given birth to twins

The Duchess of Cornwall's daughter has given birth to twin baby boys, Clarence House said today.
Camilla was said to be 'absolutely delighted' by the news that Laura, who is married to Harry Lopes, now has two sons.
The boys have been named Louis and Gus and were delivered at an undisclosed London hospital yesterday.

A Clarence House spokesman said: 'The whole family are thrilled and the Duchess is absolutely delighted by the news.
'Mother and sons are doing well.
Camilla, 62, already has two grandchildren - Lola, the two-year-old daughter of her son Tom Parker Bowles, and Eliza, aged 23 months, Laura's first child.
During a visit to a a family centre in Harlesden, North-West London, last month, Camilla revealed that the twins would be non-identical.
She told Jonathan Masoudi, a 15-year-old twin son of a Congo refugee: 'My daughter, Laura, is going to have twins in January. They are going to be non-identical, just like you. We are all very excited.'
Shortly before Christmas, Camilla told the Mail of the joy that being a grandmother had brought her.
'I just love them all to bits,' she said. 'Obviously I am being called on for more and more baby sitting duties but it's wonderful.

'Laura was rather thrown when she was told she was having twins but we have never had them in the family before and I for one can't wait.'

In April, it emerged the Duchess had been granted planning consent to extend her country mansion to create accommodation for her grandchildren.
She submitted plans to build an additional bedroom and bathroom so her grandchildren can enjoy her rural retreat.
The proposals, which were agreed by North Wiltshire District Council, also detailed a new attic staircase at the six-bedroom property.
The Duchess bought Reymill House, in picturesque Reybridge, for £850,000 after her divorce from Andrew Parker Bowles in 1995.
Despite rarely staying at the property since her marriage to Prince Charles in April 2005, the 27-acre property provides her with a country hideaway.

Dresses to impress... Perfect New Year party frocks - whatever the occasion

Whether you plan to spend the evening with family, sip cocktails in a sleek bar or waltz at a black-tie ball, New Year's Eve is one occasion that's worth dressing up for.

I've picked out the perfect dresses to see in 2010 wherever you might be, from glamorous floor-length gowns that make you feel like a Hollywood starlet at a black-tie do, to the perfect party numbers for dancing the night away.

Turn heads in sparkling sequins, satin and shimmering fabrics - it's the one night of the year when it's hard to look overdressed.
But if you go for a busy outfit, keep your accessories simple. Something like a fashionable clutch or a small, pretty handbag will add to your look rather than detract from it.

Renee Zellweger Already In with Bradley Cooper's Parents

It sounds like Renee Zellweger has started bonding with boyfriend Bradley Cooper's parents. The actress instantly hit it off with Bradley’s mother Gloria and father Charlie and has even been spending time with them in Los Angeles without the actor

“Renee and Gloria have been getting along really well and have had a lot of 'girl' time," an unnamed source told the New York Daily News. "She's comfortable enough with them that she doesn't need Bradley around. She liked showing his parents around town, and she seems very happy lately. They're kind of like one big happy family already."
Renee and Gloria were seen getting coffee together earlier this week and amazed onlookers with their closeness. “They looked like they had known each other for years," one onlooker said. "It was very sweet."

It was recently claimed that Renee and Bradley have put down $4 million on their first home together and will move into the four-bedroom California property early next month

The pub landlord who lost 46 STONE after he kicked his addiction to food

Prisoner in his own bed: Before his life-changing gastric band operation, Colin Corfield weighed 60 stone

It's the time of year when many of us are thinking about shedding a few excess pounds.
But the word 'slimming' scarcely does justice to Colin Corfield's astonishing weight loss - he has shed a mammoth 46 stone, and transformed himself from being bed-bound and immobile to being capable of scaling mountains.
The 41-year-old was working as a pub landlord when he bulked up to more than 60-stone on a diet of endless pints of beer, cooked breakfasts and junk food.
A gastric bypass turned his life around however, and after surgery to remove excess skin he is looking forward to an active and healthy new year now that he tips the scales at just 15-and-a-half stone.
Mr Corfield, from Runcorn, Cheshire, has seen his appetite slashed by the procedure, and tucking into a Christmas dinner was out of the question.
'I can just about manage a mince pie in one sitting, but that's about it,' he said today.
'It takes me up to two hours to eat a normal meal - I feel full after a few bites and have to wait for it to go down before I have any more.
'I've still got health problems from carrying all that weight, but the bypass has been brilliant, and the doctor says it's added years to my life.'
From being a prisoner in his own bed needing friends to bring him a relay of meals, he has this year scaled Mount Snowdon and Scafell Pike, and is planning on taking up canoeing in the new year

Timothy Spall's role in The Fattest Man In Britain mirrored Mr Corfield's experiences

The £33,000 operation was funded after his mother, Jean, sold her house, but while surgeons shrank his stomach to the size of an egg in 2006, Mr Corfield still had to face a mental battle against what he describes as his food addiction.
'I found it really difficult. I ate food because it was a comfort to me and suddenly that was taken away.

'The operation was the best thing that ever happened to me, I can honestly say that.

'But I've had a really difficult year. I had my final operation to remove excess skin just over a year ago and it's taken me until now to feel positive about everything.
'Although the surgeons tried to explain how I would feel, it's been really difficult to come to terms with how my life has changed.'

He is currently jobless and single, but is hoping the next 12 months will prove that he has what it takes to seize the second chance he's been given.
'I had hoped 2009 would be the year I would get back into employment but what with the economy and recovering from the operations, that didn't happen.
'Now I can't wait for 2010. It's going to be the start of my life.'
Mr Corfield's weight-loss experience mirrors the plot of ITV1's The Fattest Man In Britain, which aired last week.
In the comedy, actor Timothy Spall plays a man who bulks up to gain the unflattering title, before slimming down again when told the extra weight has placed his life in danger.

Piers Morgan and Paris Hilton say 'I do' in Las Vegas...

He may be a happily engaged man, but that didn’t stop Piers Morgan eloping to Vegas to ‘marry’ a blonde 16 years his junior.
And his bride? The socialite hotel heiress Paris Hilton.
In typical Vegas style, Mr Morgan, who announced his engagement to writer Celia Walden only two weeks ago, got ‘hitched’ under the watchful eyes of an Elvis impersonator, a Marilyn Monroe lookalike and several Rat Pack mimics.

What will Celia say? Piers Morgan puts a ring on Paris Hilton's finger as they 'wed' in Las Vegas to publicise his new TV show
Mr Morgan, 44, joked of his ‘Sin City’ wedding: ‘You know what it’s like - you have a few drinks, spend too long on the blackjack table, get over-excited and decide to do something silly.
‘I have to say, Paris scrubbed up to be a beautiful bride. It was magical.’
However, given The Mail on Sunday columnist’s reputation for self-promotion, it will come as little surprise to discover that the wedding was staged for his forthcoming ITV1 show

Uncomfortable: Paris and Piers lean in for an unconvincing kiss
Although the 15-minute service at the Little Church of the West was not official, there were times when the Britain’s Got Talent judge feared it may have gone too far.
‘Well, I don’t think I signed anything, so I’m pretty sure it’s not actually legal,’ he said.
‘Having said that, we did go through all the vows, so I can’t be entirely sure.’
Miss Hilton, 28, wore an Enzoani ivory dress for the ceremony, and was given a diamond-encrusted ring by Mr Morgan.

The new Mrs Morgan: Piers and Paris celebrate their 'union' with their famous witnesses, including Marilyn Monroe and Elvis Presley
They met in a hotel room beforehand and chatted on the bed for the ITV show Piers Morgan On...Las Vegas, which airs on Saturday.
Miss Hilton said: ‘You can do anything here, it’s crazy. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!’
In real life, Mr Morgan proposed to Ms Walden, the daughter of former Tory MP George Walden, earlier this month, during a romantic stay in Paris.
But Ms Walden took the Vegas wedding in her stride.
‘When I told her the news, she just shrugged her shoulders sadly and said, “How can I ever compete with Paris Hilton?”,’ Mr Morgan said.
Mr Morgan - who last year divorced Marion Shalloe, his wife of 17 years and mother of his three sons - has been dating Ms Walden for four years, after falling for her when he interviewed her for men’s magazine GQ.
Mr Morgan, who has an estimated £15million fortune, recently spent £4million on a five-bedroom house in Kensington, West London – buying it from Ms Walden’s father
