The 27-year-old reality TV star has been told by doctors she has just months to live.
She briefly left London's Royal Marsden Hospital on Monday in a wheelchair to exchange engagement rings with Tweed, 21.
The couple are hoping to wed at the Down Hall country house, in Hatfield Heath, Hertfordshire.
Goody said: "I am going to die in this hospital, so I don't want to get married here.
"But wherever we tie the knot, I'm determined to walk down that aisle."
She said she has "lost her balance", which the doctors were not sure was a sign of her illness or just general weakness.
"But I'm hoping I will have the strength to walk on my big day. It would be so cruel to be robbed of that one last thing as well," the former Big Brother contestant told The Sun.
Jade was first diagnosed with cervical cancer in August and last week learned it had spread to her bowel, liver and groin.
Her publicist Max Clifford revealed she has been inundated with offers of help since she announced plans to wed her fiancé "in the next couple of weeks".
Harrods owner Mohamed al Fayed has given her a dress, while Sir Elton John has offered her the use of one of his homes as a wedding venue.
Mr Clifford said: "Jade has told me to concentrate on making as much money as possible. It's for her children. She said: 'I'm ignorant but I want my boys to have the best possible education.'"
The TV star also plans to have her sons, five-year-old Bobby and four-year-old Freddie, christened in the coming weeks.
