U.S.Police arrested the burglary after a witness recognise his tattoo.

It's just common sense: If you're going to get a very distinctive tattoo etched into your face, and you then want to commit a burglary, you could at least have the brains to make sure your lip art is covered up.
Sadly for Anthony Brandon Gonzales, he appears to be lacking in the common sense department.
