'I've realised what a big mistake I've made,' he told the Daily Mirror.
'It has made me sit down and realise what's important in my life.
'My wife and kids are all that matters and I can't believe I was stupid enough to risk losing them.'
Toni said: 'John looked me in the eye and said he's changed. We have drawn a line under this episode. It's all about our future as a family from now.
