A father stabbed his two children to death before calling his ex-wife.

Jean Francis Say, 61, was arrested by police after his eight-year-old daughter Regina and son Rolls, ten, were found dead at his flat, which they were visiting for the weekend.
In recent photographs posted on Facebook, the children were seen smiling and happy on a trip to the seaside.

Jean Francis Say, 61, is charged with murdering ten-year-old Rolls.

Both had been on the social networking site on Saturday to play games, only hours before the tragedy.
Say is believed to have telephoned his former wife Adjoua, 44, after the killings and told her to call the police.
Mrs Say, who divorced her husband six months ago and had sole custody of the children, immediately dialled 999.
Police and paramedics raced to his flat in Southwark, South-East London, at 8am on Sunday.
Detectives were thought to have found the shaven-headed father sitting calmly beside the bodies of his children, who had been dead for several hours.
The retired concierge and part time football steward was arrested at the scene.
Yesterday Say appeared via video-link at Camberwell Magistrates’ Court charged with the children’s murders.
Wearing a white long-sleeved sweatshirt, the powerfully built defendant, who was born in the Ivory Coast, spoke in French through an interpreter only to confirm his name and address. He sat with his arms folded throughout the five-minute hearing.
The double murder is being investigated by detectives from Scotland Yard’s Child Abuse Investigation Command.
Last night Say was on suicide watch after threatening to harm himself in custody.
Police are probing whether there was a history of domestic abuse between the couple and if the children were previously harmed.
Neighbours claimed officers had been called to the flat on at least one previous occasion after reports of a violent row between ‘controlling’ Say and his wife.
Scott McEwan, 23, a plumber, who lives next door, said residents called police after hearing screams from the flat nine months earlier.
He added: ‘The police were called a couple of times to his home.’
Neighbours said that while Say appeared polite and well-dressed, he was a loner and ‘very secretive’ about his children
