When Strictly Come Dancing judge Alesha Dixon sang at Children in Need recently, she looked angelic in a floor-length, sleeveless gown by designers Ralph and Russo - and so she should have at £1,750!
The shimmering platinum dress with a jewelled bustline looked fit for a princess, which is a good thing as only invited guests are allowed to purchase the dress or view the Ralph and Russo website.
We tested out the dress on our own model to see if it lived up to its couture promise.
In real life the dress looked more like bacofoil - the shiny fabric seemed cheap-looking, despite the hefty price tag.
